URPotential have a new and exciting project for Young People in Fylde and Wyre, on behalf of Fylde and Wyre CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group). The project’s aim is to support Fylde and Wyre young people aged 13-25 to have a voice and give their feedback about the CCG services which they access. The group want to provide suggestions to services on ways they can improve their offer to young people and to also highlight areas of good practice. The future remit is the creation of a Fylde and Wyre CCG Children and Young People’s Charter.
Young people currently involved in the project have created a questionnaire to be distributed throughout Fylde and Wyre so the questions are designed by young people for young people. The questionnaire will measure children and young people’s experiences and gain an understanding of what they feel needs improving.
The questionnaire is online and takes no more than 10 minutes to complete & there is a prize draw to win a £50 high street voucher for everyone who enters where one lucky person will be chosen at random once the closing date has expired.
The deadline for all returned and completed questionnaires is 29th January 2016.
