Kayleigh Wrigley

Transformational Youth Coach

I decided I needed a career change 5 years ago; I wanted to do a job that I loved and that would be passionate about.

Before URPotential, I worked at Blackpool and the Fylde College in the learning support department. This is where my passion for helping young people to make the right choices began.

I have a L3 Diploma in Working with Children and Young People in the Work Place; this has enabled me to broaden my options of working with young people and that is what brought me to URPotential. I wanted more face-to-face time with young people and I thought being a Youth Worker would give me that.

Since working at URP, I have been able to attend useful training for working with young people; these are LGBT, Emergency First Aid, Suicide ASSIST and Safeguarding.
