We are delighted to announce that we won at the Community Foundation for Lancashire Spirit of Lancashire Awards. We won the Children, Young People and Families Award which was held in February 2013!

FA Level 1 Coaching Course Dates!

Are you aged 16 years and over and not in education/employment?

We are running an FA Level 1 Coaching Course starting on Tuesday 16th April.

FCBI Volunteers win Wyre Awards

Simon and KellyWe are delighted that  Kelly Stuchfield and Simon Ballantyne won at the Wyre Volunteer Awards.

Both volunteer in the Wyre Community at various projects and give so much of their time to their communities. Well done!!!!

***Blackpool Sexual Health relaunch***

UR Potential Youthled Mystery Shoppers and FCBI Art group, on behalf of Blackpool NHS, are delighted to be hosting the relaunch of Blackpool Tier 2 GP Sexual Health clinics.

********The event will take place at Streetlife, Buchanan Street, Blackpool on 22nd January 2013 4-6pm********

There will be entertainment and refreshments and an opportunity to find out more about the services available to 14 – 25 year olds in Blackpool.

Come along and bring your young people/members with you (if appropriate)

Linda Markey, FCBI Coordinator nominated for National Volunteering award

We are all thrilled to announce Linda Markey has been successfully shortlisted for a National Volunteering award for her contribution to Volunteering.

Linda was nominated for the V Inspired Outstanding contribution to youth volunteering by a youth worker Award.

Art Group welcome new members

Our Art group are on the look out for new members to join.

Are you aged 14 to 25, interested in art and making new friends?

Do you live on the Fylde Coast

The Art group may just be for you? It is a youth led group with activities ranging from  making a Keith Lemon scarecrow to painting a theme for the UR Potential toilets!!! Don’t ask!

We go on trips to the cinema, nights out and are planning a trip to Liverpool!

It is a safe and relaxed group and you don’t even have to be any good at art. We can support you in feeling at ease and it’s a opportunity to meet new people, build your confidence and be part of a team!
