Breaking The Cycle – Mental Health Group

The new mental health and anti-bullying awareness group which started on 22nd September 2016 has been very successful so far, we have had a very good consultation with staff from CAMHS. We have also had an arts session generating art work for our displays, including song lyrics and doodling that young people have used as coping mechanisms. In December we had a youth Christmas party which was very fun.

For the new year there will be a Break the Cycle meeting on the Thursday 26th January, Monday 27th February and Tuesday 28th March 2017.

All are welcome to attend, whether it is for support or to offer support to others.

For more information on this project contact Sam on 01253 344398 or email sam@urpotential.co.uk
